Location: Remote (Home base must be Hampton Roads, Virginia)
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking, cold calling, and engaging with potential clients through various channels.
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing the deal, including preparing and presenting sales proposals and contracts.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies and improve marketing materials.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, tracking progress towards sales goals and identifying areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, as well as competitor offerings, to ensure our agency remains competitive in the market.
Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay informed about industry developments.
Provide coaching and mentoring to junior sales team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their sales targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a consultative sales approach.
Knowledge of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media management, and content marketing.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
